Just Started to be an Activist
The tilte seems quite boring and many can find it quite similar or no fun or exciting part in it because now a days everyone wants big picture things the attractive ones but nevertheless the story which i am going to write at the beginning is like pouring your heart onto a piece of paper.In my childhood i used to go upstairs at the roof top of my house made the bed sheet as my cape hold a stick and started to talk to my imaginary friends seems stupid right? And everyone will be thinking is he a phys co .Nevertheless it was my every day activity to upstairs and talk on every day routine any social cause related to society whenever i go through newspapers or watch news headlines as i grew up my passion when i enrolled in my university my passion increased day by day i started looking towards different societies but at that time i faced a setback during a presentation in my university when i had to face a large audience i started shivering and it didn’t got well and i got distracted from people and i even listened from even my best friends that he cant even speak how he is going to work for others.I even made a YouTube channel with my friend here is the link below
But it turned to be vain the reason behind of not a successful partnership was he wanted to pursue rather towards the worldly and attractive things like visiting new places or trying something new which yet increased my financial burden as well and the purpose which i want to pursue was to do something different not following the footsteps of others my vision to purse this channel in such a manner that people always learn a lesson from it they can watch millions of videos on social media regarding funny and exciting one but this will be something new so here i am a person who wanted to be an Ambassador a speaker for public a person who wants to work for a social cause not by following through traditional old ways but to make self awareness with modern technology.
The reason behind achieving this is quite simple actually i used to say Why not? Its okay to have different thinking sometimes my parents used to say to me stop it focus on your career this is not your path sometimes i usually get demotivated and questioning mys elf am i doing the right thing?especially after looking at my friends but i kept a quote in myself always which my mentor used to say always although he is not more with me but i kept him as an ideal:
Failure is not an option
The challenges i received in achieving this goal at first a pressure from my family that you are pursuing Engineering degree it will be hard for you to continue you will be distracted,Then comes university friends or we can say Snakes they usually make fun of me when ever i was recording a video especially for YouTube Channel.And i didn't have a proper direction for it that what to do next.
So after all this dilemma and after completing my Engineering degree so that my parents wont worry know i started working on it again the first task which i identified is to not be afraid and being confident and self motivated .Secondly to be a part of such organizations which could help me improve my interpersonal skills.Thirdly start working for the society.
Taking about the completion of tasks its not an easy cake but yes i have started working on task 1 and 2 and planning for 3 by joining Express Toastmasters Club where i am interacting with diverse culture people and improving myself in Public Speaking ,giving or taking Feedback,performing in different competition.Secondly joining Amal Academy which is focusing on individuals Leadership skills and its my aim to do a project on social cause with Amal Academy. Luckily this time i didn't faced any challenges despite some people who told me your wasting your money and my friend used to say me Han Bhai Kiya Seekha ? and i gave a shut up call to them.
Its not just the end its the start of learning i have a long journey to deal with but one thing i learned is patience how deal with people how to work with a team.
My next step is focusing on establishing or joining hands with organizations working on social cause like child abuse,gender equality,human rights,climate change so that to build a better future for me as well as for my dear homeland.
